    • Build an expense submission tracker on a SharePoint list
    • Gallery & form controls, navigation, variables, basic formulas

Buildathon Day 1

Buildathon

Pitch your own problem statements, form teams, plan the sprint with mentors, and start building.

    • A 90-second slot each to pitch your problem
    • Live voting surfaces the strongest problem statements

    • Self-select preferred problems; teams of 4 finalised

    Sprint planning with mentors (60 min)

    • Sketch architecture, define MVP scope, identify data & connectors

    Build sprint begins - technical & design mentors on-floor

  8. 16:15

    Design clinic: focused UX sessions per team

    End-of-day stand-up: progress & blockers

Buildathon Day 2 & Dress Rehearsal

Buildathon

Final build push, a pitch clinic, and a full dress rehearsal - submissions lock by evening.

Team demos before an external jury, then a recognition ceremony where every team is celebrated.
